YO PERDAMI at YOSICON India 2026: Strengthening Global Collaboration

Young Ophthalmologists PERDAMI (YO PERDAMI) was honored to be invited to participate in *YOSICON India 2026, joining the Young Ophthalmologist Gathering organized by the Young Ophthalmologists Society of India (YOSI). This year's meeting brought together more than **200 international delegates* from countries across the globe, fostering collaboration, knowledge exchange, and lasting professional connections among the next generation of ophthalmologists.

The Indonesian delegation was led by *dr. Alia Arianti, SpM, Head of YO PERDAMI, and comprised **dr. Widya Anandita, SpM; dr. Andi Marsa, SpM; dr. Muhammad Abdurrauf, SpM; dr. Miratasya Zulkarnaen, SpM; dr. Dinda Zhafira, SpM; dr. Ruth Anastasia, SpM;* and *dr. Amani Sakinah Augiani, SpM. In addition, **dr. Zahratul Ridho, SpM* and *dr. Tiara Bunga, SpM* contributed to the scientific program by delivering their presentations online.

As part of the scientific program, YO PERDAMI hosted a dedicated session entitled *"Global Perspectives and Clinical Pearls in Ophthalmology."* The session brought together diverse experiences and emerging insights from across ophthalmology, featuring topics ranging from orthokeratology and intraocular tumors to innovations in retinal and glaucoma care, memorable neuro-ophthalmology cases, and lessons from ocular trauma. Through practical clinical pearls, international perspectives, and valuable take-home messages, the session showcased the expertise of Indonesian young ophthalmologists while reaffirming YO PERDAMI's commitment to advancing education, fostering international collaboration, and empowering the next generation of ophthalmologists to deliver excellence in patient care.
